Purpose and scope

Information submitted to this platform is used to assess a care request, coordinate authorized providers, plan travel services, manage payments and support follow-up. Medical and passport data are never treated as general marketing assets.

Separate choices

Data-processing consent, companion access, marketing consent and publication of a patient story are separate decisions. Optional marketing consent can be withdrawn without affecting operational case messages.

Access and sharing

Access is role-based and limited to the case context. Selected medical records are shared with a provider only after valid consent. External links are time-limited and access is audited.

Retention and rights

Retention depends on document type, contract and applicable rules. Requests for a copy, correction or deletion enter a reviewed privacy workflow; operational users cannot directly erase business or audit history.

Important limitation

This notice requires legal validation for every active target market before processing real patient data. Contact the privacy owner through the official case channel for a formal request.
